This lovely property consists of a lovingly restored farmhouse and good sized swimming pool with five acres of planted hillside. It is located high on a hill overlooking an expanse of valley which is planted with sunflowers in summer. From the house you look directly at the medieval town of Todi, across the valley, less than a 10-minute drive away. The house is easily accessible by paved road and a short distance on a well maintained dirt road.
The house is very spacious and there is ample room for 8 people in the two sitting areas and outside spaces. It is open and very bright which is sometimes hard to find in old Italian houses. There are fabulous views of the valley, planted fields, and the gorgeous hilltown of Todi from many of the rooms on both floors, and from the several terraces and swimming pool. All the rooms on the first floor have access to the garden or terraces.
