The farmhouse is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, professional kitchen appliances, electric coffee maker, toaster, telephone, fax machine, TV (Italian), VCR/DVD player (Italian and American Standard), CD/cassette player and independent heating. All windows have pull-down screens.
All linens are provided and changed weekly. A housekeeper comes in two mornings a week to clean and do laundry at the guests expense. She will meet you upon arrival and guide you to the house, show you all working aspects, and take meter readings for electricity, gas and telephone. Upon departure these readings are taken again and use will be charged on a per unit basis. Utilities and housekeeping are payable in cash euro upon departure.
Car rental can be arranged which can include pick up at the Rome or Florence airports and return. If you prefer to get to the house yourself we can send detailed instructions from the airport to our door.
Rentals are from Saturday after four pm to Saturday before 10 am. We prefer a minimum of two weeks but will consider one week rentals. For rates and availability please go to the contact section of this website.
