" Just off the kitchen is a stone porch with table seating 10, and then a step below is a flagstone terrace with plantings and wicker chairs. Huge shrubs of rosemary and lavendar; flowers galore; thyme plants scenting the flagstones...Heaven on earth. The pool area is fenced (a great thing if you are traveling with young children), and is in pristine condition."
"The local woman who serves as caretaker is pleasant, honest and helpful. The owner referred us to an auto rental agency which couldn't have been more accommodating. For a reasonable fee, we were collected in Florence and returned there at the end of our stay. We also rented a car from the agency while we were at Le Rondini. Since we were traveling with small children, this assistance with the "difficult" parts of the agenda was invaluable and made the whole adventure simple."
"A beautifully and lovingly restored home and property. Gorgeous, appropriate decoration and furnishings. The owner has added cushy extras like screens on bedroom windows, clothes dryer, enormous fluffy towels, and a large refrigerator that you certainly do not often see in Italian rentals. Everything is in excellent condition, and the place is obviously well maintained."
"This is obviously someone's dream kitchen. I know it would be mine, anyway. Professional quality range, huge fridge, antique tiles, french doors open to the outside dining terrace, and all the equipment you could possibly wish for. Sharp knives. Old wooden table to sit at while you chop with a glass of wine at your elbow."
